VPC Worship uses ClickTracks & Guide Cue Tracks on a weekly basis to help keep our sound and team unified and consistent.
What is a Click Track?
Similar to a metronome, a Click Track is an audio track audible to only the band that helps keep everyone playing in time with the Tracks. The Click Track that accompanies a song's tracks is created to be perfectly in sync with the tempo of the song (including tempo changes). For bands and musicians who have never played alongside a Click Track, getting used to the sound of a metronome can take some time.
What is a Guide Cue Track?
The Tracks of a song are built to follow the song's exact arrangement and song sections (verse, chorus, etc.). While a band can memorize and learn the arrangement of a song by memory, the Guide is a vocal cue that informs the band which song section is coming up, 1 measure before each section.

Introducing Multitracks & RehearsalMix
What is Multitracks?
Multitracks is the software we use for our Clicks & Tracks. On a weekly basis, we use clicks and tracks to help keep our sound unified and consistent. These clicks and tracks give you a tempo and cues to follow along right into your ear using IEMs and headphones (in-ear monitors). If this is your first time using Clicks & Tracks, it can take a couple weeks to adjust to the sound in your ear. To help with rehearsing, Multitracks offers a feature called RehearsalMix to help with weekly practice at home.
What is RehearsalMix?
RehearsalMix can be accessed through your Planning Center account. You will have access to various MP4 files, chord charts, and lyric charts that you can listen to through your PC app.
Watch the video above to see how to create an account and access these tracks during the week.
