Our Communication Platform
Communication is important as we are a large group of volunteers. We use Discord as our communication platform. While text groups reach faster, it is cumbersome to keep updating long lists of contacts. Therefore it is important that you check Discord frequently for updates. You will find information such as announcements, upcoming events, reminders etc.
To get started:

What is a Song Repertoire?
-A list of songs that our church sings
-30-40 songs
-Additional songs include: Hymns/Spirituals, Holidays/Special Events, Gospel Sabbath
What having a song repertoire will do:
-Song familiarity at VPC
-Prevents introducing too many new songs
-Intentional about the songs we sing
-Encourage musical excellence
Song Repertoire Updates:
-Will be updated every 6 months
-Song suggestions welcome. Suggestions can be made on:

Feedback welcome
Talk with friends at church about music
Observe congregation participation when on set
