Getting Set Up
planning center is the source of all information for the worship gathering you will be participating in.
Our church uses Planning Center to organize our weekly Worship Gatherings. All worship volunteers are required to have an account as it contains valuable information needed to participate. You will find information such as order of service, keys, chords and more.

Download the Planning Center Services app
Check for email from VPC Worship to invite you to create an account
Once account is created, login into Planning Center via desktop. Update your Phone Number and Preferences for how often you’d like to be scheduled (this can be done under My Profile.)
You will receive invitations to services via your app. Accept/Decline as soon as you receive them.
